4th Annual Paddle Fest!

Have you wanted to try kayaking but never had the chance? Are you shopping for a boat but are not sure which one is right for you? Then mark your calendar for Saturday, June 14 for Bay Shore Outdoor Store's 4th Annual Paddle Fest. From 9am to 5pm, the experienced staff from Bay Shore will have all of the 2008 demo kayaks down at the beach to give interested people a chance to paddle the new boats. Fifty new kayaks from Perception, Current Designs, Wilderness Systems, and Hobie Cat will all be present along with knowledgeable staff to help guide you through the choices and field your questions.
Beautiful Peninsula State Park will be the backdrop to try new paddles from Werner, Seven2, and Aquabound as well as sprayskirts, PFD's, and more. The event is free and open to the public; all that's needed is a state park sticker. There will also be reduced prices on select 2006 kayaks and Kevlar and fiberglass boats will be available to paddle. Take a new boat for a spin, enjoy food and the scenery, chat with fellow paddlers and kick your summer off right at Paddle Fest 2008!
